General Questions

Q: Where are you located?

A: My current residence is in beautiful Missoula Montana, though I travel frequently and may be photographing or showing my work around the country or the world at any time!

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: I am not singularly dedicated to any equipment and I am not sponsored by any companies. I use the gear that I feel produces the best images in each situation I shoot in. Currently, my primary camera is a Nikon Z7II and an assortment of Nikon lenses from 14mm to 600mm. I like to carry a lightweight FLM brand tripod with me on my backpacking trips and I process my photos in Adobe Lightroom Classic.

Q: Do you offer custom print sizes?

A: Yes I do, please contact me directly to discuss options and pricing.

Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A: Please contact me and we can discuss discounted pricing on purchases of 3 or more prints!

Q: Can you help me choose what print and size would look best in my space?

A: Sure! Contact me directly and we can discuss what will fit your space best!

Wall Art Care and Installation

Q: Can I display my prints outdoors?

A: I would NOT recommend displaying the items for sale on this website outdoors. The prints offered on my site are designed for indoor display only. If you are interested in purchasing a print that can be displayed outdoors, please contact me directly and we can discuss better options.

Q: How do I care for my acrylic print?

A: You take care of your acrylic print as you would any other piece of fine art. Be careful not to scratch the surface or bang the corners of your acrylic print. Edges can be dented and chipped if banged on a hard surface. You can use a standard (non-ammonia) glass cleaner, or just soap and water and a 100% cotton cloth to clean your HD acrylic print. Apply only light pressure when cleaning the print. I do NOT recommend using paper towels to wipe acrylic prints as they can be abrasive and reduce the gloss finish of the print. Do NOT use kitchen cleaners, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this can cause permanent damage to your image.

Q: Can I frame my artwork?

A: Absolutely! Both metal and acrylic prints can be framed by a reputable framing shop. I currently don’t work with any framers, so I reccomend searching your local area for professional framing services if desired.

Q: Is the art signed?

A: Yes. Each print features a digitally embedded signature on the face of the artwork in either the lower left or lower right corner. Additionally, each print comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.


Billing and Shipping

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: If you have not received a tracking number before the published time please contact me directly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I use Stripe and PayPal for payment services. I can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and debit cards. I can also accept payments from other PayPal accounts.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use ?

A: FedEx and USPS

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping for prints under 60” is FREE for all orders in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Prints over 60" will need to ship LTL Freight, please contact me for an estimate, or I will reach out to you once the order is placed.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are based on specific destination. Please contact me for an estimate.

Q: Can you ship outside of the United States?

A: Shipments outside of the US are often possible. Shipping and taxes are dependent on final destination. Please contact me for an estimate.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A: Each order is custom made to order. Normal production times are approximately 1to 2wks from order to shipment but vary with order volumes and holiday seasons. Once you receive a tracking number, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive via Ground shipping based on your location (Alaska delivers in 6 days and Hawaii in 7 days). Ground Shipping includes Saturday as a delivery day for home addresses.

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: If you have not received a tracking number before the published time please contact me directly.


Returns Policy

Q: Can I return my purchase?

A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (you are responsible for return shipping costs) within 15 days of receipt and receive store credit for a future purchase. Items must be returned in a like-new condition.

Q: Can I cancel my purchase?

A: All works are custom orders. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled at any time.
